I – Users
By accessing and/or using the portal the User accepts, from that moment, fully and without reservation, these General Terms and the individuals terms, if any, that supplement, modify or replace the General Terms for certain services and content offered.
II – Use of the website, its services and content
The User agrees to use the website and its services and contents without violating present legislation, good faith, generally accepted uses and public order. Also, it is forbidden to use the website for illicit or harmful purposes against REDRESINS SL (REDRESINS) or any third party, or in any way that may damage or impede the normal operation of the website. It is prohibited to reproduce , distribute or modify content (Information, text, graphics, sound files and/or images, photographs, designs, etc.) unless permission has been granted from the legitimate owners or is legally permitted. It is also prohibited to infringe on the rights of REDRESINS or their legitimate owners or use content for any commercial or advertising purposes other than those strictly permitted. It is prohibited to attempt to obtain the content of the website by any means other than those made available to Users as well as those regularly used in the network, provided they do not cause any harm to REDRESINS.
III – Users responsibility for damages
Use of the website will be held under the unique and exclusive responsibility of the User. This responsibility shall extend to the use by the User or any third party, of any passwords or similar codes assigned for accessing the website or any of its services. Without limiting the foregoing, REDRESINS, reserves the right to refuse, at any time without prior notice, access to the website, for Users who violate these General terms or individuals applicable.
IV – Unilateral modification
REDRESINS can modify unilaterally and without notice, whenever it deems appropriate, the structure and design of the website, as well as modify or remove the services, contents and conditions of access and/or use of the website.
V – Hyperlinks
Individuals or entities who wish to create a hyperlink from one web page to another internet portal or any portal pages of REDRESINS must submit to the following conditions: reproduction in whole or part of any of the services or content offered by REDRESINS is not allowed. No deep-links or IMG or image links, or frames with REDRESINS portal pages are allowed without the express permission of REDRESINS. False, inaccurate or incorrect manifestations on the website or the services or content will not be included. Except for those signs that are part of the “hyperlink”, the website that is linked will not contain any trademark, trade name, label, name, logo, slogan or other distinctive signs belonging to REDRESINS, unless authorized. The establishment of a “hyperlink” does not imply the existence of relations between REDRESINS and the owner of the website or portal from which it is made or the knowledge or acceptance of REDRESINS of services and content offered on the portal. REDRESINS will not be liable for any content or service made available to the public on the website or portal from which the “hyperlink” or the information and statements included therein. Any “hyperlink” to portal REDRESINS will be made at the main page or main pages of the sections it contains.
REDRESINS SL portal provides Users with connections and links to other web sites operated and controlled by third parties. These links have the sole function of facilitating Users to search for information, content and services on the Internet, and in no way should be regarded as a suggestion, recommendation or invitation to visit them. REDRESINS does not sell, manage, control, nor endorse the content, services, information and data available on such websites. REDRESINS assumes no liability whatsoever, either directly or indirectly, for any damages of any kind arising from access, maintenance, use, quality, legality, reliability and usefulness of content, information, communications, opinions , demonstrations, products and/ or services offered on web sites not managed by REDRESINS that are accessible through the portal of REDRESINS services.
VI – Exclusion of guarantees and responsibility
REDRESINS makes no warranty or is liable in any circumstances for damages of any kind that may be caused by: lack of availability, maintenance and effective operation of the website and/or its services or contents, lack of usefulness, appropriateness or validity of the website and/or its services and content to meet the needs, activities or specific results or expectations of Users, the existence of viruses, malicious or damaging programs in the contents, the receipt, acquisition, storage, dissemination or transmission, by Users of the content, the illicit, negligent, fraudulent, contrary to these General Terms, good faith, generally accepted uses or public order, the website, its services or contents by Users, the lack of legality, quality, reliability, usability and availability of services provided by third parties and made available to Users on the website; failure by third parties of their obligations or commitments in connection with the services provided to Users through the website.
VII – Duration
The term of service of the website and the services provided are indefinite in character. Without limiting the foregoing, REDRESINS reserves the right to interrupt, suspend or terminate the provision of the website or any of the services included in the same terms as set out in Section IV.
VIII – Intellectual and/or Industrial Property
All content of the portal, not limited to text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audio or visual content as well as its graphic design and source codes (hereinafter, the ” Contents “), is copyrighted by REDRESINS or third parties, and any right to exploit them beyond what is necessary for the correct use of the portal may not be transferred to the User. The trademarks, trade names or logos are owned by REDRESINS or third parties and it may not be construed that access to the website confers rights on trademarks, trade names and/or logos. For the purpose of preserving any intellectual and industrial rights, in the event that any User or third party considers that there has been a violation of their legitimate rights by the introduction of a specific content on the website, they must notify such circumstance to REDRESINS stating the personal details of the owner of the rights allegedly infringed. If the claim is submitted by someone other than the person concerned, this person must indicate on whose behalf it acts indication of content protected by intellectual and industrial property and its location on the website, proof of such intellectual and industrial property rights, and expressed in the statement that the person is responsible for the veracity of the information provided in the notification.
IX – Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
These General Terms shall be governed by Spanish law. REDRESINS and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona for any questions which may arise or actions arising out of the provision of the website and its services and contents and the interpretation, application, enforcement or breach of established herein.
X – Returns and Shipping.
All purchases made through the website or linked sites shall be subject to the general conditions of purchase detailed on the page at the time of purchasing. Placing the order entails full acceptance of the conditions.
Returns
REDRESINS accepts returns for refunds or exchanges, subject to the following:
15 Days.- Product can be returned within 15 days since the date they were shipped.
- Return to Manufacturer Authorization (RMA): Before returning an item, contact us at: contact@redresins.com to explain the reason for the return, the details of the original order, and whether a refund or an exchange is requested. As appropriate, an RMA number will be issued, and will need to be included in the package with the returned item, along with a copy of the original order information. A return shipping address will be included with the RMA number. Returns are not accepted without an RMA number.
- Condition: The item must be unused , undamaged, complete with all parts and accessories, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Consumables, such as resin, will not be accepted if packaging is opened. Printed objects are not returnable.
- Shipping: Pack item properly to prevent damage in transit and insure the package for its value, as costumer will be responsible for damage in transit. Use a shipping service that allows shipment tracking. Customer is responsible for paying all shipping and insurance costs for the return shipment. If an exchange is requested, customer will also be responsible for all costs of shipping the new item.
- International Returns: REDRESINS is not responsible for international return shipping costs and any incidental fees or tariffs. Please note customer specifics customs policies and shipping providers.
- Receipt: Once item is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify customer whether the request for refund or exchange has been approved.
- Refund: If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
- Exchange: If an exchange is approved, the new item will ship after payment of any applicable shipping fees.
